Trustone Sage Paving should be laid larger face upwards and a full bed of mortar is essential. As the stone is dense with low water absorption, we recommend a PVA additive to assist bonding. When used for interiors, it is usually treated with a suitable coating.
Trustone Sage shows the naturally occurring diversity that gives genuine stone its own special appeal. Each piece has its own individual colours, textures and marking and these vary both between slabs and within single pieces. The stone is split along its natural bedding planes, which produces a wider thickness range than the controlled processes used in manufacturing reconstituted stone. It is particularly important to view a range of samples at a stockist to appreciate the variation that occurs.
